This beading workshop is a relaxing plunge into a new hobby, a chance to socialize while learning a traditional skill. We’ll discuss the history of the flower beadwork people and how their style came evolved. Individual beading kits with a pin-backing and all other supplies are included. You can make a poppy or Métis-style beaded flower pin to honour a loved one or just for fun. We will plan and create a beaded flower with Kalyn Kodiak, Métis Artist, and one of the “Flower beadwork people”.
